How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped twice a week. Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be shipped the same day, orders places after 5:00 pm will ship the next day.

How Do I Cancel My Order ?

Email us with the subject "Canceling Order", BUT to guarantee cancellation make sure it's done within 24 hours of placing your order.
What company ships your packages?

B.Trendz offers both domestic and international shipping using USPS priority mail.
How do I know if my package was shipped?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a "Thank You" email. Once your package is leaving the warehouse you will receive an email containing your shipping information.
